Abstract

Unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors require adaptation of our therapeutic interventions so that they can benefit from mental health care. The establishment of mobile interventions (psychiatric intervention, nursing interventions, and supervision of educational teams) in the housing facilities these young people live in is presented in this article. The ability to provide them with care within the facility they live in brings balance to the therapeutic relationship. These measures have led to fewer emergency consultations and hospital admissions. This approach is illustrated with a case study.
