Furthermore, we suggest three intervention strategies tailored to specific stages of disease: (i) promoting anti-inflammatory dietary patterns in the general population, (ii) implementing precision nutrition targeting inflammatory biomarkers in individuals at risk, and (iii) utilizing adjuvant dietary therapies for existing inflammation.
