Abstract
Measles is resurging globally, including in countries where it was previously declared eliminated. Travel medicine practitioners must recognise the dual risks of measles importation and exportation, ensure travellers and their contacts are protected, and adopt a proactive diagnostic approach in response to a shifting epidemiological and clinical landscape.
