The Great Leveler? Juvenile Arrest, College Attainment, and the Future of American Inequality

Abstract

A burgeoning literature suggests that criminal justice contact in adolescence hinders educational attainment, but prior research primarily considers short-term outcomes and relies on self-reported arrest information.
