Abstract

The rapid evolution of information systems leveraging modern approaches in artificial intelligence has driven the digitalization of the educational system. Managing educational systems has become a serious challenge for universities, especially as the number of students has significantly increased. This paper focuses on automating the insertion of key information into a database based on the analysis of document workflows required for the development of a timetable generator. Managing the necessary data is the most challenging and time consuming aspect of building a timetable generator. The primary objective of this work is to optimize the process of inputting critical information from all relevant documents into the database, which contributes to the creation of a functional timetable. Enhancing the data insertion process can significantly improve efficiency, reduce errors, and save time in the timetable generation process.
