Abstract

The new 2024 recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) on atrial fibrillation bring several updates compared to those from 2020. They emphasize the importance of ablation and the management of comorbidities associated with this arrhythmia. In recent years, there has also been a significant rise in connected devices for cardiac rhythm monitoring and a strengthened focus on comprehensive patient care.
