In 1908, Köhler highlighted these complexities by describing concurrent osteochondrosis of the tarsal navicular.</p><p><strong>Case report: </strong>A relevant case involves a 5-year-old girl who visited an orthopedic clinic with bilateral foot pain and an inability to bear weight for a week. Abstract
