Using a purposive sampling method, a questionnaire and interview were deployed to gather data from two groups; identified professionals in Lagos who used the Channels TV app on Androids for accessing news and the management staff of Channels TV. Findings revealed that busy professionals who are always on the road transmitting from home to office, find the app convenient and easy to use to use to catch daily news highlights. Abstract
