These cells present a series of biological properties, including regenerative repair, neuroprotection, and immunomodulation that make them a tool with enormous potential in regenerative medicine. In this review, we are going to focus on clinical trials and clinical studies which use cell therapy with Mesenchymal Stem Cells as a treatment for patients suffering from intracerebral hemorrhage. The clinical trials found are not very numerous. It remains an area to be explored; however, existing studies suggest it is a safe therapy that yields positive neurological and functional outcomes in many treated patients. Abstract

Hemorrhagic stroke, which is also called an intracerebral hemorrhage, is a cerebrovascular disease that represents a serious public health problem worldwide.
