Abstract

Digital synthesis of test signals is a subject of ongoing research in electrical engineering. Owing to their simplicity, it is of particular interest the possibility of using binary sequences to generate high-quality analog signals. Published results report the usage of ΣΔ-based methods to generate binary spectrally-shaped test signals that, once filtered, result in high-quality analog signals useable for testing purposes.
