Abstract

This paper describes the development of a Measurement Science curricular unit within the “Option UMinho” academic framework. The objectives of the proposed curricular unit are presented, and the corresponding curricular program described in detail. Teaching methods and resources are also discussed in the paper. In addition, the knowledge assessment strategy is mentioned as well as the expected learning outcomes related to the proposed unit.
