Abstract
Military veterans with comorbid post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) who received topiramate in combination with prolonged exposure therapy (PE) showed greater improvement in PTSD symptoms than those receiving PE alone, a new study has found.
