Baseline PVR and P ETCO2 are independently associated with a positive acute vasoreactive response. Lower mean PAP and mean RAP, and higher RVEF, are seen when responders and non-responders are compared, independent of the degree of pulmonary vasculopathy. https://bit.ly/3YlYKKI.
