The compositions exhibit n-type transport behavior, ultra-low thermal conductivity, and a high Seebeck coefficient. Abstract
Eu5.08Al3Sb6 can be described as a pseudo rock salt-like “(Eu/Al4)Sb” structure. The polycrystalline synthesis of Eu5+xAl3+ySb6 was optimized.
