The article presents the results of domestic and foreign studies aimed at finding ways to modify the composition of sticky adhesives in order to improve their adhesive, cohesive and technological properties in the composition of self-adhesive materials. The article presents the results of studies on methods for activating the surface of self-adhesive material substrates in order to improve the adhesive properties of sticky adhesive. Abstract

The article reviews and systematizes information sources in the field of creating sticky adhesives based on acrylates—hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, including aqueous acrylic dispersions and UV‑curables, and self-adhesive materials based on them, intended for use in various fields of technology. The article presents the results of domestic and foreign studies aimed at finding ways to modify the composition of sticky adhesives in order to improve their adhesive, cohesive and technological properties in the composition of self-adhesive materials. The article presents the results of studies on methods for activating the surface of self-adhesive material substrates in order to improve the adhesive properties of sticky adhesive. Examples of practical application of adhesive tapes based on pressure-sensitive adhesives and self-adhesive materials based on them are presented.
