Le processus de subjectivation en institution, une mise à l’épreuve des professionnels

Abstract

Based on research carried out in two institutions for people involved in the exclusion process, this article addresses the issue of subjectivation. Subjectivation is considered in relation to the institution. The research fields used for this article are analyzed through the prism of clinical psychology and work psychodynamics. Through two clinical vignettes, the aim is to understand how the institution influences and affects the subject. In one case, the user is confronted with the prescription issued by the structure's professionals; in the other, it is the professional who is put to the test. In other words, the aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of the institution on the individual's ability to become a subject.
