Abstract

Competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network modulation plays a crucial role in pathogenesis of colon adenocarcinoma (COAD). This study analyzed The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) data to identify 151 copy number variation (CNV)-driven lncRNAs in COAD, constructing a ceRNA network (6 lncRNAs-14 miRNAs-68 mRNAs).
