Abstract
Two new phloridzin derivatives 6″-O-(4-hydroxytrans cinnamoyl) phloridzin (1) and 6″-O-(4-hydroxycis-cinnamoyl) phloridzin (3) and one known dihydrochalcones 6″-O-feruloyl phloroside (2) were isolated from the leaves of Malus toringoides (Rehd) Hughes. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data. The results of zebrafish and FRAP antioxidant kit showed that compound 1-3 had antioxidant effects.
