Abstract
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke hired a student services specialist in its financial aid department. Initially, her supervisor provided training on Elm One, a student loan management platform. However, following staff changes, the department increasingly used the Banner platform to manage student aid. The student services specialist received limited training on the Banner platform.
