Abstract
Quartz Crystal Microbalance
A miniaturized frequency shift detection system based on a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit is proposed for simplifying quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) measurement, possessing excellent performance of high sensitivity, resolution, linearity, and accuracy compared with a commercial frequency analyzer. The proposed system has the potential for enabling long-term, in-situ detection, and promoting large-scale applications of QCM. More details can be found in article 2400148 by Yunqi Cao and co-workers.
