Abstract

This patent highlight describes a series of novel tricyclic system-based compounds as glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3) inhibitors. The inhibitory potency of these compounds against GSK3α and GSK3β has been evaluated, and their potential applications in treating GSK3-related diseases are explored.
