Abstract
An innovative technology for the synthesis of magnetically active highly porous carbon aerogels is proposed. The structure and magnetic properties of these aerogels have been studied using scanning and transmission electron microscopy, as well as X-ray and Mössbauer spectroscopy and magnetometry. Additionally, the thermal conductivity and microwave properties of aerogel-based polymer composites have been investigated. The potential applications of these materials in various fields are discussed.
