Abstract
BID-Ozo, a mitochondrial-targeted fluorescence probe specifically designed to detect endogenous ozone (O₃) was developed. A significant increase in intracellular O₃ was observed in PC12 cells stimulated with high concentrations of glutamate (Glu), which is used to model epilepsy.
