Abstract

Biheterocyclic compounds with Four-membered rings are crucial in medicinal chemistry due to their ability to incorporate diverse functional groups, enhancing drug efficacy and selectivity. Their unique frameworks provide opportunities for developing innovative therapeutic agents.
