Abstract
A method of reflectance and transmittance spectroscopy of heterostructures with MoSe2 and WSe2 monolayers was developed and mastered. The obtained spectra were compared with microphotoluminescence spectra. It was shown that the trion line, which dominates the microphotoluminescence spectra, is absent in the reflectance spectra. The dependence of the reflectance spectra on the thickness of the encapsulating layers was also presented.
