Abstract
This article focuses on mapping MNDWI of Pune District, Maharashtra, with a specific application in drought mapping. By analyzing satellite imagery, we identify areas experiencing reduced water content, such as shrinking water bodies and stressed vegetation, indicative of drought conditions.
