The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR and <sup>1</sup>H and <sup>13</sup>C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis and screened in vitro against MCF-7 breast cancer cell lines by the MTS assay with Tamoxifen as a reference drug. Abstract
A novel series of 3,3-dimethyltriazene-bearing chalcone epoxides and 2-thioxo-tetrahydropyrimidine-5(2H)-one derivatives have been designed and synthesized.
