Abstract
New Subtype of Small Cell Lung Cancer
In article number 2413445, Dingzhi Huang, Mengjie Li, and co-workers report that a HDAC7-high small cell lung cancer (SCLC) subtype has a poor prognosis and have identified XPO1 as a druggable target in this subtype. Elevated HDAC7 predicts increased sensitivity to selinexor both in vitro and in organoids, suggesting selinexor as a promising therapeutic option for HDAC7-high SCLC patients.
