In the observation group, the ICIQ-SF score decreased significantly (p < 0.001), whilst the control group also demonstrated improvement (p < 0.001). The I-QOL score in the observation group increased significantly (p < 0.001) compared with the control group (p < 0.001). For psychological health, the HAMD score improved in the observation group (p = 0.012), whilst the control group showed less improvement (p = 0.012). The HAMA score decreased significantly in the observation group (p = 0.029) compared with in the control group (p = 0.029).Conclusions: TCM emotional care significantly improves outcomes in patients with post-TURP urinary incontinence. Abstract
