Abstract
Middle turbinate flap is a mucoperiosteal flap which is freely available in the fiield of surgery during enodscopic anterior skullbase surgery, still its uses are understated in the literature. Here we are describing a case of pediatric meningocencephalocele excision defect repaired using the middle tubinate flap which was based on random blood supply.
