[Skin diseases in people with skin of colour].

Abstract

Education on skin diseases in people with skin of colour has been lacking until now. It increases the risk of diagnostic delay and progression of skin diseases to a later stage before initiating treatment. This is the first article on the topic in Ugeskrift for Læger. In this review, the goal is to give Danish doctors a better basis for identifying and understanding skin diseases across skin types.
