A Cascade Cyclization of Orthogonally Protected Diaminodiazoketones to Sp3-Enriched Fused 1,2,3-Triazoles

Abstract

A convenient approach to the synthesis of sp³-enriched bicyclic 1,2,3-triazole derivatives based on the cascade cyclization of diaminodiazoketones with orthogonal protecting groups has been developed. The method is based on available commercial starting compounds and simple, environmentally acceptable synthesis methods. The formation of a condensed 1,2,3-triazole ring is accompanied by the loss of chirality of the carbon atom near Boc-amino group.
