Findings highlight a lack of post-donation support and the need for greater recognition of donors' experiences. Despite improvements in pre-donation care, enhanced post-donation support remains crucial. A structured, personalized approach is recommended.Conclusion: Enhanced post-donation support is essential to address the emotional and psychological impact on sibling donors.
