Abstract
We describe two cases of patients who benefited from closure of symptomatic tracheal diverticulum with argon plasma coagulation by bronchoscopy. When the communication openings between the diverticulum and the trachea are millimetre-sized, the technique is safe and effective. In our experience, two sessions, 1 month apart, are required to achieve complete closure of the diverticulum-related openings.
