Abstract
The incidence of light chain deposition disease (LCDD) is relatively low and difficult to diagnose, while cases of PLCDD combined with Sjogren's syndrome are more rare. A case of pulmonary light chain deposit disease combined with Sjogren's syndrome admitted to our department is reported as follows, and the relevant literature is reviewed in order to improve clinicians' understanding of rare diseases and early diagnosis and treatment.
