In section 2.4 Genome-wide association study, the sentence “Therefore, to prevent type II error, the final analyzed and reported genotype input file used was filtered on the most stringent level, MAF 0.05 at a read depth of ≥10, as mentioned previously.” was incorrect. The sentence should read “Therefore, to prevent type I error, the final analyzed and reported genotype input file used was filtered on the most stringent level, MAF 0.05 at a read depth of ≥10, as mentioned previously.”
