In paragraph ‘Data Availability Statement’, the text ‘De-identified patient data collected for the study will be made available by writing to AP ([email protected]) or RB ([email protected])’ was incorrect. This should have read ‘The data underlying this article cannot be shared publicly because of the privacy of individuals who participated in the study and the policy of the hospital's regulatory authorities’.
