Abstract
There have been multiple classifications of cervical dissections for decades in the literature, however none of them has been completely applied worldwide. After an exhaustive review, the Oncology and Head and Neck Surgery Committee of the SEORL-CCC has agreed on its own classification to standardise neck dissections and thus be able to compare results.
