Green synergy: Integrating green human resource management and green supply chain management for sustainable performance in the Thai hospitality industry

Moreover, internal GSCM practices mediated the link between GHRM practices and external GSCM practices, and supply chain traceability and supply chain eco-centricity moderated the positive relationship between external GSCM practices and sustainable performance.
