Abstract
Introduction: A 75-year-old patient admitted to geriatric rehabilitation after a fall showed symptoms initially misinterpreted as hyperactive delirium. After he experienced tonic-clonic seizures, it was discovered he had been taking high doses of amitriptyline, which was missed during the medication history.
