Abstract
The imbalance of the coagulation, anticoagulation, and fibrinolytic systems in patients with nephrotic syndrome makes them prone to thrombosis at multiple sites. This paper describes the imaging features of a case of NS complicated by a thrombus crossing the patent foramen ovale, providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
