Water Hammer Safety Protection for Deep Well Pump Group in Plain Area

Abstract

The importance of water hammer protection cannot be ignored, and it is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the water supply system. Taking a city deep well pump group as an example, the pipeline pressure drop of the water supply system is calculated, and the pipeline pressure envelope is drawn for the water hammer protection review and analysis. According to the characteristics of the water supply pipeline, the protection scheme of the air valve and water hammer is formulated. By reasonably setting the air valve, complete the functions of water filling, inflation and exhaust, and eliminate the water hammer.
