Apify was used to retrieve videos, and 138 videos were included. Most videos originated in high income countries and 50.0% were monetized. Median PEMAT Actionability and Understandability were 95.0 and 100.0, respectively. Median Discern score was 67.5. Compared to other sources, PEMAT Actionability and Discern scores were significantly higher for healthcare professional videos and for videos created from 2021 onward. There was a significant positive association between videos' year of appearance and promotion of endometriosis awareness.
