The patient reported nosebleeds and rhinorrhea, in addition to hearing loss, and is being monitored with voriconazole medication and is preparing for surgery and a new cycle of chemotherapy. Abstract

Aspergillosis is an opportunistic fungal disease that manifests in immunocompromised individuals and has a high associated mortality.
