Abstract

As global pressures from resource depletion and environmental degradation intensify, there is an urgent need to explore innovative strategies for sustainable ocean governance. Recognizing these challenges, the "Promoting High-Quality Ocean Development with New Quality Productive Forces" seminar was convened in March 2024 by the Academy of Ocean of China in Qingdao.
