Abstract

Biothiols like cysteine and homocysteine have important physiological activities in organisms. Therefore, the effective monitoring of such substances holds special significance. In this work, a dual-channel fluorescent probe DEHQ-NBD was developed for the detection of biothiols in green and further differentiation of Cys/Hcy in NIR regions. Meanwhile, the probe exhibits good photostability, rapid response, and low cytotoxicity, which has been successfully applied in cell imaging.

绿色生物硫醇双通道荧光探针检测及近红外区域Cys/Hcy的进一步分化
