Abstract
Glucose-Releasing Microgels
In article 2401724, Chieh-Cheng Huang and co-workers present a glucose delivery system utilizing starch and amyloglucosidase within microgels. This system enables sustained glucose release, supporting the survival and enhancing the therapeutic potential of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in ischemic milieus, offering significant promise for advancing MSC-based therapies for ischemic diseases.
