Abstract
Being able to have open and clear conversations about performance in the workplace brings many benefits for our teams and businesses. However, it can be an emotional topic, and giving and receiving feedback effectively is something that many of us struggle with. In this article we will explore why it matters and why using the correct terminology is important, and we will look at some tools that can be used to facilitate a more confident and consistent approach in practice.
