Abstract
We developed the method for detecting and identifying low concentrations of protein in biofluid solutions using Raman spectroscopy. The method was tested on a solution of egg white in DMEM F-12 growth medium and applied to conditioned media after fibroblast cultivation. It is proposed to precipitate the protein from the solution with trichloroacetic acid to remove the contribution of non-protein components and add a reporter protein for quantitative determination of concentration.
