Abstract
A new genus of the tribe Opsiini (Hemiptera, Cicadellidae, Deltocephalinae), Odonaellusgen. nov. and two new species, O.serratussp. nov. (type species) and O.expansussp. nov., are described and illustrated; they are placed in the subtribe Eremophlepsiina. A key to subtribes and genera of Chinese Opsiini is provided. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University, Guiyang, China (GUGC).
